Accessibility Statement
Tier1/AI, operated by INS Digital Intelligence LLC
Effective: July 24, 2026
Last updated: July 24, 2026
OVERVIEW
Tier1/AI is committed to making its marketing site (www.tier1ai.io) and platform (app.tier1ai.io) usable by people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies. This statement describes our target standard, our current state, how to report accessibility barriers, and how we handle feedback.
1. OUR TARGET STANDARD
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is a widely-adopted standard for digital accessibility. It covers perceivability (content is presented in ways users can perceive), operability (users can interact with all components), understandability (content and interfaces are comprehensible), and robustness (content works reliably with a wide range of user agents and assistive technologies).
2. CURRENT STATE
We are actively improving accessibility across the Service. We do not currently claim full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. Areas we are actively working on include:
- Color contrast across the interface
- Keyboard navigation for all interactive components
- Screen-reader labels and semantic structure
- Focus indicators
- Accessible naming for interactive elements
- Motion and animation preferences (respecting prefers-reduced-motion)
Some third-party components integrated into the Service - including authentication flows, embedded widgets, and provider dashboards - may have accessibility characteristics we do not fully control. We work with providers to raise issues when we identify them.
3. ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY COMPATIBILITY
The Service is designed to work with modern versions of:
- Screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Voice control (Voice Control on macOS/iOS, Voice Access on Android)
- Browser zoom up to 200 percent
If you encounter an issue with a specific assistive technology, please tell us - see Section 5.
4. WHAT WE COMMIT TO
- Treat accessibility as a first-class quality attribute, not an afterthought
- Design new features with accessibility in mind rather than retrofitting after the fact
- Address reported accessibility issues alongside other quality bugs, prioritized by impact
- Update this statement as our conformance improves
We do not currently commit to a fixed remediation timeline for any specific issue. Accessibility improvements are ongoing and integrated into our regular development cycle.
5. FEEDBACK AND REPORTS
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve, please contact:
Include:
- The page or feature where you encountered the issue
- The assistive technology you were using, if any
- A description of what happened and what you expected
You will receive an automated acknowledgment on receipt. A substantive response from our team will follow within 7 days.
6. ALTERNATIVE ACCESS
If you cannot use a feature of the Service because of an accessibility barrier and you need urgent assistance, contact support@tier1ai.io. We will work with you to provide the information or complete the action through an alternative channel where possible.
